Yeah, thanks for reminding me how much I HATE the weather up here in Elvis-land. Joke's on you, though...the family's heading to Florida tomorrow night for a week and a half vacation!! (If you consider 2 of those days spent at MGM/Wide World of Sports for a cheerleading competition as vacation...NOT!)

Yes, but then you'll have to head back north again.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Gonna be 80 or so here today, and sunny sunny sunny, 0% chance of rain. However, there is a 100% chance of stoned surfer dudes puking on your car if you drive down to the beach, so I think I'll enjoy it from my home turf.
I like these flipflops.

It was sunny and pleasant with cool ocean breezes in Northern California yesterday. That, essentially, is the forecast for now till next November.

Jeff: That pick of Fort Desoto looks like's under attack ... all those plumes of something over there on the right-hand side.

That's sea fog rolling in... camera caught it at a bad angle.

Sweet, man! You stopped at Skyway Jack's on the way out, dincha?

We look forward to you checking back in August when it's 80 and pleasant in the rest of the country and you've had two months of 95 degrees with 95 percent humidity and a 95 percent chance of a Cat 5 hurricane knocking on your back door.

Weather envy is so unattractive.

Posted by: Jeff at March 9, 2004 05:30 PM

It's not as bad as pianist envy.

Got me there.

I responded to one of those e-mails that promised to enlarge my pianist -- the little bastard. As for the weather in Florida, all I can say is I'll take Jersey weather any day. Did I mention that I am also fond of carbuncles?
